Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa’s has raised the bar on its already impressive food offering with the introduction of new menus across all the Resorts dining venues. With a strong focus on share plates, fresh ingredients and a mix of Fijian and international cuisines, the new menus add to Hilton Fiji’s already long list of credentials.

Developed by Executive Chef, Pritam Shirlal and Executive Sous Chef, Aaron Davies, the new menus include a selection of lighter, healthier menu options, designed specifically for sharing.

“We’ve witnessed the shift towards share plate dining and our menus have been updated to match this trend. Guests at Hilton Fiji can expect to find a unique food offering at each of the Resort’s dining outlets, with a mix of Fijian, Asian and international dishes on offer,” said Mr Shirlal.

“We have also introduced various lighter, healthier menu options with more salad and small plate options, to cater for guests who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle while on holiday.”

At Maravu, Hilton Fiji’s signature restaurant, guests can enjoy pan-Asian style food. The menu has a strong focus on Thai cuisine, with all dishes created to satisfy the four major taste sensations; hot, sour, sweet and salty.

Maravu is overseen by Executive Sous Chef Aaron Davies, hailing from Australia, Davies gained valuable experience cooking Asian cuisine under the tutelage of Adam D’Sylva at Coda. He also spent an extended period travelling through and living in South East Asia, further honing his culinary skills.

Hilton Fiji’s newest restaurant, the adults-only KORO, has also had a menu overhaul, introducing even more share platters, with a Mediterranean tapas menu and plenty of fresh seafood.  This all-day venue, offers a peaceful poolside setting, ideal for those looking for a relaxed child-free day or night out.

At Nuku Restaurant, Hilton Fiji’s family friendly all day dining venue, guests will also discover various new dishes, with a selection of fresh seafood and grilled meats, along with delicious comfort foods and international cuisines. Nuku also boasts a tempting cocktail menu, a rotating roster of live entertainment and a weekly Fijian seafood buffet night featuring a Fijian Meke show (traditional Fijian dance).

Each of Hilton Fiji’s dining venues offer stunning views over the South Pacific Ocean, matched with impressive cocktail and wine lists. All venues are open to hotel guests or visitors.
