ICON adds the Harvest Group to its consortium network of partners

ICON Communication Centres s.r.o (ICON), Central Europe’s award-winning provider of multilingual contact centre solutions, has grown its consortium of contact centre partners by joining forces with Brussels-based The Harvest Group (Harvest), a provider of contact centre and communication services across Western Europe.

The strengthened relationship between ICON and Harvest is a way of quickly moving beyond the footprint of individual partners and connecting each other with new opportunities that play to each other’s particular strengths.

This new cooperation enables both companies to instantly provide significantly expanded services, languages and technologies to their customers.
