In recognition of the current trading conditions, industry leader Trafalgar and its sister brand Costsaver have announced immediate changes to cancellation terms to provide additional support for agent partners.

For clients with existing bookings departing on or after April 1st, the updated cancellation policy will give clients more time to make decisions about their future travel plans without worrying about increasing penalties.

Effective immediately and until further notice for 2020, on Trafalgar & Costsaver trips departing April 1st or later, the cancellation penalty will be waivered until just 30 days prior to departure, should guests wish to change their dates or travel to a different destination with Trafalgar or Costsaver. This applies to land bookings only and does not apply to European trips that include Oberammergau. Please note, airlines may impose different change policies.

“With the constant changes and travel updates, we want to provide a way for our valued agent partners to alleviate their client’s booking concerns” states Jason Wolff, Managing Director of Trafalgar & Costsaver Australia. “We know our agent partners are working harder than ever and have guests that still want to travel, but also need additional comfort and flexibility to secure their trip. As the category leaders, we’re proud to be able to do this and offer the reassurance our guests and agent partners need right now” Wolff said.
