Certified SG Clean, RWS’s hotels welcome guests into a sanctuary surrounded by the highest standards of sanitisation and hygiene based on the three principles of Safe Entry, Safe Experience and Safe Environment.
Besides SafeEntry and contactless thermal temperature screenings, guests check-in and check-out at staggered timings for safe distancing and to prevent crowding. Front desks are installed with protective acrylic shields to ensure safe interactions. Contactless payment is strongly encouraged. Guests are served by our hotel team members, all donned with face masks, face shields and gloves. Prominent signages and floor markers ensure one-metre or more spacing in queue lines. All luggage is cleaned and sanitised immediately upon arrival at the driveway, and self-service trolleys are available for use.
Room key cards are UV sterilised along with rigorous cleaning and sanitising regimes at all high touchpoints and surfaces. Guests will receive a handy safety pack comprising face mask, alcohol wipes and hand sanitiser. Rooms undergo a comprehensive three-step disinfection starting with Lufter EA-X3 misting machine that uses the latest electrostatic spray technology to eliminate 99% of bacteria and viruses. This is followed by deep cleaning of all touchpoints such as door handles, light switches, remote controls, upholstery and carpets using VIREX II 256, a hospital-grade disinfectant. The room is then given a final treatment of disinfectant mist spray.
Fresh air circulation is assured with HEPA and UVC filtration. All linens are laundered at high temperature so you can drift into slumber with peace of mind. Guests can also opt to go green by requesting housekeeping only when they need it, reducing staff dwell time in their rooms. Reservations are required for use of the swimming pool and gym to comply with crowd management and safe distancing.
