Insider Journeys is now on Calypso, providing agents access to a greater level of Insider Journeys product
than ever before.Moving to the Calypso wholesale reservations system will now allow agents to book Insider Journeys
incredible small group journeys themselves online. For the first-time agents can now make land and air
bookings online through Tango. This includes, accommodation, tours, transfers and air. They can also view,
amend and pay for bookings made through Calypso via the online portal.

Agents will now have the same level of access to product as they do with Qantas Holidays bookings via the
Tango interface. For agents that wish to book and hold their air bookings for Galileo and Amadeus they can
do so and have them ticketed by Insider Journeys. Standardised documentation will also accompany this shift
to Calypso.

Tony Mayell, Managing Director of Insider Journeys reiterated the advantages that this shift will bring. “We
know all agents using Calypso will welcome this news, being able to book Insider Journeys product online in
the same way you can book Qantas Holidays is an important step forward for the Insider Journeys brand.”
This new technology upgrade will also make it easier than ever for agents to earn themselves rewards
through the Insider Journeys ‘5, 10, 15 Incentive’.

The 5, 10, 15 Incentive rewards agents when they book IJ’s Small Group Journey itineraries with the ability to
earn a trip for themselves as well! Book 5 travellers on a Small Group Journey to earn a 10 day trip to
Vietnam, Cambodia or Laos. Book 10 travellers on a Small Group Journey to earn a 14 day tour to Vietnam,
Cambodia, Laos, China, Bhutan, India or Burma. Book 15 travellers on a Small Group Journey to travel on any
of our Small Group Journeys!

This upgrade to the Calypso Wholesale reservations system is the latest in the demonstration of ongoing
investment in technology within the Insider Journeys business that includes other upgrades such as installing
Tour Plan in the Saigon office, and an imminent review of its website.
