Discover The Feast of the Seven Fishes at Publico Ristorante, popularized in New York in the early 1900s. The Christmas tradition calls for an all-night feast of various seafood prepared in multiple ways, to be relished amidst an intimate gathering of family and friends. Embodying the same spirit of warmth, dive deep into the holiday season with festive specials presented by Executive Chef Bettina Arguelles perfect for sharing with loved ones throughout December. Reel in delight with Publico’s pièce de résistance this season: the Pizza Royale ($188++); crowned with an indulgent medley of lavish bites including Avruga Caviar, Black Truffle, Sea Urchin, Hokkaido Scallops, and finished with a sprinkling of edible Gold Leaves for an added touch of luxury. Indulge also in the Uni Cappellini with Rougie Lobster ($45++) which combines a Sea Urchin Emulsion with exquisite Avruga Caviar, or catch the satisfying Pizza Polpo ($30++), brimming with delightful chunks of grilled octopus atop a squid ink tomato base.
