Lexus Australia hastoday unveiled an expansion of Encore – Australia’s leading one-of-a-kind luxury Owner Benefits program.The exclusive Lexus Encore Owner Benefits program for the first time introduces two luxury membership tiers: Encore and the new Encore Platinum.
Encore introduces highly coveted money-can’t-buy experiences featuring Lexus ambassadors, while
Encore Platinum ushers in the freedom to swap into another Lexus at interstate Qantas valet outlets when travelling and have your Lexus valet-parked when shopping.
Both industry-leading membership tiers have been designed to give customers more of their most
precious commodity: the luxury of time.
Encore and Encore Platinum elevate the standard of renowned Lexus customer care in a year when
owners need it the most, and for this reason all new Owner Benefits will be added to the existing
memberships of customers who have purchased a new Lexus since January 1, 2020.
Lexus Encore
Lexus Encore Members enjoy enhanced series Owner Benefits including Lifestyle Events that incorporate exclusive dinners, money-can’t-buy experiences with Lexus ambassadors – even virtually – and hotel1 stays featuring additional benefits.
Lexus ambassadors include iconic chef Neil Perry, fashion guru and racing icon Kate Waterhouse,
successful jockey Corey Brown and vibrant media personality Emma Freedman.
Helping to cover all our sports-loving Lexus owners, there’s football legend Anthony Minichiello, famed surfer Mark Visser, F1 royalty and ex-race driver Alan Jones, and pro-golfer Dimitri Papadatos.
As part of Encore Member experiences, Papadatos – a PGA Tour of Australasia and European Tour
professional – hosted a virtual golf masterclass where he shared pro-golfing advice live with Members.
Neil Perry also recently featured in an interactive ‘Here For Food’ Members-only online experience,
providing a behind-the-scenes look into his home, offering a special live cooking class for Members.
Lexus Encore Members can further enjoy several benefits at Lexus luxury hotel partners1 including
Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley, Jackalope Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula, and Rae’s on Watego’s at Byron Bay. Depending on the hotel, Members can borrow a Lexus to tour the local area, enjoy early check-in and late check-out, and indulge with special hampers and welcome drinks.
Lexus Encore Members also now enjoy a fuel discount2 , with five-cents-per-litre off Caltex Vortex fuels.
This builds on the fine Lexus Service Experience that includes personalised pick-up from home or work of every new Lexus for servicing across three years3 and complimentary loan car during servicing.
Lexus Encore Platinum
Standard with the flagship RC F sports coupe, LX luxury four-wheel drive, LC luxury sports coupe and LS luxury sedan, Lexus Encore Platinum implements industry-leading mobility benefits as standard for owners of the most elite Lexus flagship performance and luxury models.
Lexus Encore Platinum Members are invited to book the Lexus of their choice with Lexus On Demand.
This complimentary service gives owners access to four trips, up to eight days each, over the course of the three-year membership period.
Members can swap their luxury SUV for a sports coupe for the weekend in their home state, or fly
interstate where the vehicle can be collected from the Qantas valet of select interstate airports.
Lexus Encore Platinum Members will also enjoy valet parking at shopping centres around the country including Chadstone Shopping Centre in Victoria and select Westfields Shopping Centres.
There is no need to pre-book, and eight valet parking vouchers can be redeemed across an owner’s
three-year membership, with up to three hours of complimentary parking.
Lexus App
With the Lexus Encore premise being the luxury of time, the Lexus App brings Lexus Encore to life – and to the fingertips of customers. Accessing experiences, capped price servicing3 , Lexus on Demand and fuel2 or valet parking vouchers has never been easier, with benefits available on-demand for customers.
