The Transformational Travel Council (TTC) carries momentum into the New Year, and a new decade, transforming lives and the world by supporting travelers and the industry in becoming more intentional, mindful, and equitable. Through rigorously crafted programs the TTC and its emerging Ally community is improving lives, communities at home and abroad, the ecosystem, and humanity through conscious and sustainable travel.

Since its inception in 2016, the TTC has examined, designed, and launched the Ally Membership, Mentor Program, and will soon release the Destination Level Program. The former seeks, at its heart, to equip inspired, engaged, and thoughtful travel professionals with the frameworks, tools, and knowledge to guide and empower travelers in their pursuit of personal transformation and positive global impact.

Introduced in the Spring of 2019, The Mentor Program now counts 47 active Mentors in their intimate family of change agents, who will be convening for an annual Gathering in the Cascade Mountains next month.

Recent graduates are raving about the program, “The TTC Mentor Program was a great opportunity to collaborate with other like-minded travel experts on best practices in cultivating transformative travel experiences. I definitely walked away with valuable tools that are helping me develop more meaningful journeys for our travelers,” says Aikta Suri, Co-Founder of Transformative Travel, LLC.

The 2020 TTC Mentor Program consists of a three-month cooperatively designed educational program for conscious professionals looking to collaborate, build relationships, share insights, and ultimately, deepen their respective Transformational Travel practices, grow their businesses, and scale their impact.

The TTC is accepting 25 candidates to its next cohort, launching April 1st, and is accepting applications between January 8th and February 15th.

The Program includes an online-based curriculum that utilizes webinars, forums, facilitated discussions, offline exercises, suggested readings, and on-going support from a Mentor Companion. All material and collaboration will unfold on a robust interactive platform. Content will be delivered by an experienced roster of alumni, tourism professionals, and special guest presenters.
