Snow King Resort’s Executive Chef Rachel Jacobs can relate to the power of food to nourish the body and boost its immune system. Prior to accepting her current position as Executive Chef at Snow King Resort, Rachel spent several months preparing to journey along the Pacific Crest Trail participating in a combination of hot yoga, bicycling and surfing – sometimes all in the same day.
