Jackson Hole’s Snow King Resort Prescribes Western Wellness Remedies To Energize Spring & Summer Travelers

Snow King Resort believes that travel is not only therapeutic, but credits its fresh mountain air, wide-open, blue skies and majestic scenery as a natural form of self-rejuvenation and a necessary prescription for the mind, body and spirit which might just be what the doctor orders for 2021.

As part of Benchmark Resorts & Hotels® “Travel is Therapy” campaign, Snow King Resort, located in the heart of Jackson, offers a healthy menu of outdoor adventures, healthy chef-driven recipes, a wellness basket featuring products from local vendors and a healthy dose of true western hospitality to top off traveler’s wellness itineraries. Whether it’s reconnecting with nature, finding peace and tranquility, hiking, biking, skiing, yoga or just being present and living in the moment, guests can write their own outdoor therapy prescription at Snow King Resort.

Snow King Resort’s Executive Chef Rachel Jacobs can relate to the power of food to nourish the body and boost its immune system. Prior to accepting her current position as Executive Chef at Snow King Resort, Rachel spent several months preparing to journey along the Pacific Crest Trail participating in a combination of hot yoga, bicycling and surfing – sometimes all in the same day. Click here for two of Rachel’s favorites including her green smoothie recipe and lemon vinaigrette dressing.

Snow King’s new wellness basket contains three, 16 oz. cold-pressed organic juices in glass bottles and two, 3 oz. ginger wellness shots in glass bottles from Healthy Being Café & Juicery; one 2 oz. jar of exfoliating face mask, one quartz facial roller, one jar of body butter and one bag of homemade granola from The Bunny Bakery & Restaurant. The amenity is available only through May 26th, 2021, and can be purchased as an additional add-on when booking a room.

Snow King Resort’s spring rates begin at $132 per night. For more information about packages, rates or adding the wellness basket to a reservation, call 307-733-5200; toll-free 1-800-522-5464; book online at snowking.com or email: reservations@snowking.com.
