Lunar New Year festivities are underway at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre, where children can write their greatest wish for the Year of the Pig in LEGO® bricks on the giant Wishing Wall!
Red lanterns are glowing around the indoor play centre and kids can have their photo taken with a 1.2 metre-tall pink LEGO® Minifigure pig, which resembles the twelfth sign in the Chinese zodiac and symbolises prosperity.
There is also workstation where children can colour in pictures of LEGO® pigs.
The LEGO® retail store at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre is selling special edition Chinese New Year sets for a limited time only. The highly sought-after Chinese New Year’s Eve Dinner and Dragon Dance sets pay homage to traditional holiday celebrations.
The popular sets are only available in the Asia Pacific region and are in high demand so check LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre’s Facebook page for updates.
In addition to the Lunar New Year activities, kids and their families can explore Miniland Melbourne and enjoy two thrilling rides, a 4D cinema and 11 awesome LEGO® build and play zones!
