Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane launches an exciting dining concept and London’s newest al fresco space, On The Terrace. Located just steps from prestigious Park Lane and iconic Piccadilly sights, from June 2019 guests can experience a charming taste of Italia set in the heart of Mayfair.

On The Terrace offers the perfect escape from busy city life, enabling guests to languor over the course of the day at their leisure, in a stunning open-air setting. In the evening, visitors can delight in the terrace’s new mouth-watering apericena menu, an Italian dining concept brought to life exclusively in London by Four Seasons. “The Art of Apericena,” a combination of the better-known Italian aperitivo, and cena (dinner), offers more substantial dishes than those traditionally eaten for aperitivo, such as supplì al telefono (the Romans-take on the Sicilian arancini) and fritto di Mare.

To complement the Italian delicacies guests can enjoy seasonal summer cocktails, specially curated by Bar Manager Ivan Arena. Ivan’s name has become famous around London for his exceptional Negronis, and it is this foundation that he has built upon in the creation of his cocktail list for On The Terrace, highlighting some of his personal favourites such as the innovative Rhubarb Americano. This future classic incorporates Campari, rhubarb soda and Ivan’s special blend of six different vermouths that are aged for two-weeks in an oak barrel. The new cocktail menu also features Ivan’s unique take on the iconic Martini in the form of the Stretto Giro Martini, made with Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Noilly Prat dry vermouth, caperberry brine and fennel liqueur.
