Experience the new Vienna Afternoon Tea with its inspired delights and specially crafted cocktails from 14 October to 16 December 2020, before the voyage adjourns to another exciting city of the world.
Guests are invited to indulge in a delightful selection of classic Austrian treats and unique creations by Executive Pastry Chef Tai Chien Lin amidst the grandeur of The Grand Lobby. Savour an inviting spread of Vienna sandwiches, delectable lobster crostini and rich chocolate Sacher cake amongst other delights inspired by the alluring imperial capital, perfectly paired with a choice of Mariage Frères premium tea or the Raffles custom-blended coffee.
To heighten the Vienna Afternoon Tea experience, guests can also choose from a curated selection of handcrafted cocktails, including Eighteen Sixty Seven ($25++), a refreshing concoction made with Champagne, elderflower, saffron and eau de vie; Tea Time Radler ($20++), a unique blend made with Raffles Hotel Singapore’s exclusive Beach Road Pale Ale, apricot and peach schnapps; and Rumtopf Milk Punch ($20++), an elixir of rum, seasonal fruits, tea, bitter citrus and spice.
The Vienna Afternoon Tea experience is priced at $78++ per guest and is offered alongside the signature Classic Afternoon Tea. The delightful thematic experience is part of The Grand Lobby’s new afternoon tea offering, where guests are taken on an evocative journey to revel in the unique culinary flavours of selected distinctive cities around the world.
