Kiboko Safaris welcome guests with special offers

Kiboko Safaris, a Malawian tour operator that specialises in excellent safari experiences as well as running accommodation in Malawi and Zambia, have shared with us this fantastic offer they currently have running, operated under COVID-19 protocols.

As the situation worldwide is coming back to normal and international travelling will be possible soon, we want to use the opportunity to inform about current offers of Kiboko Safaris.

We created a special offer for all guests who want to visit Liwonde National Park, Malawi’s top-class national park at an affordable price. Guests will stay in comfortable and spacious en-suite Safari Tents at Chimwala Bush Camp in the heart of Liwonde National Park situated at the base of the Chinguni Hill overlooking the Chinguni lagoon and floodplains.

Liwonde National Park contains impressive elephant and hippo populations and multitudes of rare and colourful birds. Recently, cheetahs were reintroduced into the park and the number of black rhinos has increased due to translocations. Guests can spend an unforgettable time searching for lions, hyenas, leopards, black rhinos, crocodiles, and much more! We have a special offer for Self-Arrival guests and further we offer complete safari packages departing from and returning back to Lilongwe.

As soon as the borders to Zambia are open too, our famous safaris to Msandile River Lodge at South Luangwa National Park will be possible again. In the last weeks we also developed a new offer for all friends of good food.

At our lodge Africa House at area 43 we offer now delicious meals at an affordable price. Guests can enjoy the time at our restaurant or pick up the meals in our Takeaway – boxes. Our chefs will create a special experience for our guests. We only offer this opportunity for reservations to ensure physical distancing.

We are of course aware of the danger of COVID-19 and we took several measures to avoid the spread of it. For all guests and staff members there are opportunities to wash the hands regularly and hand sanitiser are placed on several points in our premises. Parts, which are touched very often, are cleaned every hour and all our rooms are disinfected regularly. Guests are politely asked to bring their own face masks, while Kiboko Safaris provides face masks and/or face shields for all staff members.

On our game drives on our safaris we will leave the middle seat in our game drive vehicles empty, unless it is a family who is going on game drive. Our staff members are working hard to make the stay of our guests as comfortable as possible.
