Taiwan’s celebrated bubble tea sensation KiKi Tea opens its 4th branch at Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay today.

To mark the convivial occasion, KiKi Tea partners the world’s favourite chocolate treat KITKAT® with an exclusive chocolate beverage collaboration – along with a ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ offer on selected KiKi Tea drinks and special promotions for cinema lovers.

In celebration of the opening, KiKi Tea introduces two special drinks in collaboration with NESTLE KITKAT® Chocolate. Ms KiKi Premium Black Tea topped with Chocolate Cream Mousse (HK$37) balances the classic sweetness of KITKAT® chocolate with flavourful black Tea; while rich, refreshing Chocolate Smoothie with Sea Salt Cream Mousse (HK$39) blends KITKAT® chocolate with KiKi’s signature cream mousse topping.

To celebrate the opening, a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offer is on selected KiKi Tea signature drinks from 30 September to 4 October from 3-6pm – applying to Kiki Roasted Milk Tea with Brown Sugar PearlsBrown Sugar Milk with Brown Sugar PearlsWinter Melon Tea topped with Cream Mousse with Sichuan Pepper Flavoured PearlsJasmine Tea with Milk and Mini Taro BallsHomemade Longan Red Dates Tea, and Brown Sugar Ginger Tea with Red Dates.

A special “Movie Lovers Grab & Go Combo Set” is also available from 1 October to 30 November. By presenting a MCL Telford Cinema ticket stub, movie lovers can enjoy combo sets featuring one selected snack and one KiKi Tea for just HK$69. Taiwanese classic snacks include Mini Braised Pork RiceTaiwanese Popcorn ChickenTaiwanese Popcorn Octopus, and Tempura in Taiwanese Style.

They can be matched with one of KiKi’s signature teas such as KiKi Roasted Milk Tea with Brown Sugar PearlsBrown Sugar Milk with Brown Sugar PearlsWinter Melon Tea with Cream Mousse and Sichuan Flavoured Pearls and more.

Exclusive takeaway offers are also available for members of “MCL Telford Movie Lovers” from 1 October to 30 November. Members are treated to a special 15% off KiKi Tea’s promotion for selected items simply by presenting their MCL CLUB member card.

Members may choose from a variety of drinks such as KiKi Roasted Milk Tea with Brown Sugar PearlsJasmine Tea with Milk and Mini Taro BallsHomemade Longan Red Dates TeaBrown Sugar Ginger Tea with Red Dates and more.

At the new KiKi Tea, fans can also enjoy signature tea favourites such as Pineapple Green Teapresso (HK$38), Winter Melon Tea with Cream Mousse and Sichuan Pepper Flavoured Pearls (HK$36), Peach Oolong with Mini Taro Balls (HK$33), KiKi Roasted Tea with Raspberry Cream Mousse (HK$34), and summer favourite, Grape Slush (HK$38) – all adjusted to personal choices of sweetness and temperature.

All can be matched and enhanced with four different types of ‘bubbles’ (add HK$5), including the most popular Brown Sugar Pearls; a favourite in Taiwan, Mini Taro BallsSichuan Pepper Flavoured Pearls with a spicy kick of ‘KiKi Sichuan Pepper Seasoning’ blended from natural peppercorns and premium chilli; and Chinese Herbal Tea Pearls, with prunella ‘heal-all’ tea (xia ku cao) used in Chinese medicine, loved by celebrities including Shu Qi and Kimbee Chan.

KiKi’s sun-dried, handmade and additive-free noodles can also be found in Sun’s Bazaar menu, with popular favourites including Stir-fired Minced Pork Mixed Noodles with Chive Flowers and Fermented Black Bean (HK$98), KiKi Scallion Noodles with Miso Meat Sauce and Soft-boiled Egg (HK$118), and Dan Dan Noodles (HK$98).

KiKi Tea tasty desserts round out the menu, from KiKi Roasted Tea Cream Puff (HK$38), to Hojicha Pudding with Brown Sugar Pearls (HK$38), Earl Grey Chiffon Cake with Brown Sugar Pearls (HK$68), and Chestnut Mont Blanc (HK$38).

The Taiwanese tea oasis is located within Sun’s Bazaar, operated by renowned Hong Kong hospitality group Lai Sun Dining. The sleek boutique-style venue is styled after a minimalist Zen courtyard with rustic interior design and communal oak tables creating a restful haven encouraging diner interaction.

KiKi Tea at Telford Plaza is located at Shop P23, Telford Plaza Podium, 33 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong; opens daily from 11 am to 10:30 pm.
