KiKi Tea Welcomes the Cozy Season with Sweet Potato Themed Drink Concoctions and Hairy Crab Egg Gravy Noodles on Menu

Taiwan’s much-loved bubble tea sensation, KiKi Tea, embraces the cooler months of autumn and winter by launching an inspired collection of sweet potato themed libations and a seasonal hairy crab noodle dish throughout winter.

The newly launched collection of drink concoctions is inspired by the sweet potato, a healthy vegetable synonymous with the cool autumn and winter months. The lavender coloured Brown Sugar Milk Tea topped with Purple Sweet Potato Cream Mousse (HK$38) warms the soul with a special KiKi brand of ‘milk tea’, steamed hot milk topped with freshly blended silky sweet potato mousse, making it the perfect companion during the winter season.

Fans of oolong tea can enjoy Peach Oolong Topped with Purple Sweet Potato Cream Mousse with Mini Taro Balls (HK$38)The iced libation is made with KiKi’s signature Peach Oolong Tea and is paired with mini taro balls, bringing forth the iconic Taiwanese dessert and bubble tea favourite to tea lovers in Hong Kong.

Complementing the collection of beverage concoctions is a brand new seasonal noodle dish, Crab Egg Gravy Mixed Noodles (HK$ 138), featuring KiKi’s signature preservative-free, sun-dried noodles tossed in a pool of the savoury crab roe and scallion from Taiwan, available at KiKi Noodle Bar ifc mall and KiKi Noodle Bar K11 MUSEA.

The newly launched Sweet Potato themed drinks join KiKi Tea’s much-loved and recently launched collection of drinks made in collaboration with the world’s favourite chocolate treat KITKAT®. The Chocolate Smoothie with Sea Salt Cream Mousse (HK$37) first launched at KiKi Tea @ Sun’s Bazaar Telford Plaza in September to rave reviews, is now available at KiKi Tea @ Sun’s Baazar at Pacific Place and KiKi Tea at K11 MUSEA.

For those who enjoy the classics, KiKi Tea favourites such as Almond Tea (HK$35), Homemade Longan and Red Dates Tea (HK$32), and Brown Sugar Ginger Tea with Red Dates (HK$34) are perfect winter drinks.

KiKi’s range of signature tea specialties include: Winter Melon Tea, Sichuan Pepper Flavoured Pearls topped with Cream Mousse (HK$36), KiKi Roasted Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Pearls (HK$33), and ‘My Own Mix’ which invites tea fans to mix and match from different flavours of cream mousse to tea bases to create their own unique tea.

A variety of KiKi’s signature tea bubbles (HK$5) can be added to enhance each drink, including the crowd-favourite Brown Sugar Pearls, the Taiwanese Mini Taro Balls, a limited edition Sichuan Pepper Flavoured Pearls mixed with ‘KiKi Sichuan Pepper Seasoning,’ and the health-beneficial Chinese Herbal Tea Pearls made with prunella tea.

Guests may customise each of their tea orders by selecting their preferred level of sweetness ranging from regular 50% down to 30% or zero, and may choose the ice level of their tea from 70% to 30% or no ice at all.

Despite being a Taiwanese brand, KiKi Tea has made its debut in Hong Kong ahead of Taiwan where its roots lie – underlining the wide popularity of bubble tea for selfie-snapping in Hong Kong.
