Aart Slagt, executive vice president HR & Industrial Relations KLM: “I am extremely proud to receive this award and I accept it on behalf of all my colleagues at this wonderful company. We are able to stay in the lead of the international airline industry by making the most of everyone’s individual capacities. And that’s what makes the difference in our industry. We are extremely lucky to have such fantastic ambassadors.”
