Korean Air has announced that it is increasing its international operations in June in anticipation of life post COVID-19

The airline says it will operate 32 of its 110 international routes with 146 flights throughout the month of June, compared to only 13 routes and 55 flights in May, with its international flights operating at 20% capacity compared to its planned operations.

Korean Air says that it has added more international passenger flights to its June schedule to prepare for increased travel demand as COVID-19 restrictions in each country are relaxed.

Korean Air added that it expects to secure more routes and capacity for cargo transport by reopening some of its international flights, with routes with expected demand for both passengers and cargo having been selected for reopening.

Unfortunately that does not include flights to Australia and New Zeeland which remain temporarily suspended.
