Our chef, Mohammed Abounad, joined the adventure after spending more than 10 years in the kitchen of the Royal Mansour, directed by Yannick Alléno and under the operational supervision of Jérôme Videau. He elaborates creative recipes with quality products to offer customers a menu full of taste emotions.
Delicious recipes
Among Mohammed’s specialties, the garden peas chilled soup with fresh mint and raw vegetable tartine, or for more freshness, he will present his latest creation: acidulous crab meat, tomato- watermelon gazpacho. Its delicious and contemporary creations will awaken your taste buds! La Terrasse de La Brillante is definitely the new address for the epicureans of Marrakech.
