From the destination’s very own major league professional teams, the Vegas Golden Knights and the Las Vegas Aces, to exhilarating NASCAR races and unprecedented boxing and UFC events, Las Vegas continues to be the ultimate sporting destination for fans and visitors.

Are you ready for some football? Las Vegas is one of the best places to watch your favorite team, so it’s no surprise that people are flocking to the city to enjoy football watch parties. The D Las Vegas invites groups to set up shop in their 12th floor Man Caves, complete with games, four TVs and a private cocktail server. Get a front row view and celebrate the nail-biting action with game day specials at Montecristo Cigar Bar, Lobby Bar, VISTA Cocktail Lounge or Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill inside Caesars Palace. Going on an all-out blitz, multiple venues throughout Bally’s Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, Paris Las Vegas and Harrah’s Las Vegas bring fans drink specials on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the football season. Additionally, The Book at The LINQ Hotel + Experience will offer Fan Cave football experience packages throughout the season with reserved seating for up to 10 people, including food and beverage vouchers.

The Las Vegas Motor Speedway will host the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Dodge Nationals, one of the last races in the NHRA’s season, Oct. 31-Nov. 3. For more high-speed thrills, the Monster Energy Cup invites the world’s top Supercross riders to compete in the Cup Class featuring three main events at Sam Boyd Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Soccer fans will feel the excitement when Liga MX soccer teams Cruz Azul and Tigres UANL go head-to-head at Leagues Cup, the first-ever final of the new annual competition between the two top soccer leagues in North America, on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at Sam Boyd Stadium. And kicking up more soccer action, the United Soccer League’s Las Vegas Lights FC close out their season Saturday, Oct. 5 and 12 at Cashman Field.

The only Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) TOUR stop in Nevada, Shriners Hospitals for Children Open, returns to Las Vegas for the 37th year Oct. 2-6. Spend a day on the green watching the top PGA pros tee off in competition for the FedEx Cup at TPC Summerlin.

The National Hockey League’s Vegas Golden Knights will hit the ice at T-Mobile Arena for the start of their third season starting October 2019. The 2018 Stanley Cup Finals team will play their first home game on Wednesday, Oct. 2, with regular season play lasting through April 2020. College hockey will also skate into T-Mobile Arena for the second annual Ice Vegas Invitational, a two-day tournament featuring four of the top college teams, Jan. 4-5.

Las Vegas is also home to hoops with the destination’s very own WNBA team, the Las Vegas Aces, who take to the hardwood at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Fans will also be able to cheer on some of the nation’s top college basketball teams at the MGM Resorts Main Event Basketball Tournament at T-Mobile Arena, Nov. 24 and 26, as well the Las Vegas Invitational taking place at the Orleans Arena, Nov. 28-29. T-Mobile Arena keeps the college b-ball action rolling during the CBS Sports Classic, Saturday, Dec. 21.

The annual Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Finals returns to Las Vegas, Nov. 6-10. The action-packed, adrenaline-filled competition features the best bull riders in the world vying for the ultimate title at T-Mobile Arena.

Lace-up those running shoes for the annual Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon taking place Nov. 16-17. Racers of all abilities will descend upon Las Vegas Boulevard to test their endurance at night during the rockin’ 5k, 10k, half and full marathons.

Each December, Las Vegas welcomes the rodeo back to town during the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR). NFR brings top contestants in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding to compete at the Thomas & Mack Center from Dec. 5-14.

UFC returns to T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, Dec. 14 with a championship night of fights at UFC 245. This night of fights brings the best athletes to compete inside the world-famous Octagon.

Also in December, college football brings post-season action to the destination during the Las Vegas Bowl. Held at Sam Boyd Stadium, teams from the Pac-12 and Mountain West conferences will compete in the annual showdown on Saturday, Dec. 21.
