Local Measure, the leading customer experience platform for the hospitality industry has hired Hannah Milborrow as their new Vice President of Product. http://www.germany.travel/en/index.html

 The timing of Milborrow’s new appointment is significant as Local Measure’s product continues to evolve this year into a comprehensive real time customer intelligence suite. Local Measure’s CEO and Founder, Jonathan Barouch, commented, “We’ve always been first and foremost a platform that helps businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences and we are now at a point where we’ve been able to grow our product range to help businesses drive loyalty and repeat visits.”

 Local Measure’s technology partners include Cisco, IBM, Salesforce, Facebook, Instagram, and Sina Weibo. As the company plans to make deeper inroads with its channel partners, Milborrow will be tasked with driving product development to add value to these partnerships, research and positioning, strategy and product advocacy. 

 Milborrow brings over 10 years of experience holding senior product leadership positions. She held the position of Vice President of Product at SiteMinder, a guest acquisition platform for hotels. During her three-year tenure at SiteMinder, Milborrow was responsible for the product strategy for SiteMinder’s complete portfolio of products with over 350 integrations and partners.
