Spread the love

Captain Cook Cruises Sydney Harbour is opening its doors to everyone on Valentine’s weekend with a range of romantic dining cruises for couples and a selection of `Love Yourself’ celebrations for singles and groups.

It’s hard to imagine a more romantic dinner setting than Sydney Harbour at night. Add quality contemporary Australian à la carte dining, a wine selection that will impress, a boat that has hosted celebrities from around the world, and you have a potent mix of passion and pleasure.

There are three dinner cruises available with a choice of three, four or six-course menus, pick-ups at 5:00 pm or 7:00 pm and a comprehensive wine and cocktail list. Prices range from $79 to $249 per person.

Love comes with a big dose of smiles and laughter when partners and friends gather over a long, leisurely lunch. Sit back, relax and savour the great food and wine on the Top Deck Lunch and enjoy million-dollar views of the most beautiful harbour in the world from $89 per person.

All Valentine’s lunches and dinners include a glass of premium champagne on arrival, a special dessert selected by Head Chef, Dennis Yang, and a chocolate gift to sweeten every heart.

Singles gather your friends and head down to the all-new Mumm Harbour Bar launching just in time for the Valentine’s. The Mumm Harbour Bar opens at 3:00 pm every day over Valentine’s weekend with 1½ hours of bottomless Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne paired with a seafood platter to share from $89 per person.

At 5:00 pm the bar converts into the Lover’s Lounge where guests will be greeted with a Sunset Kiss Martini. Over two amazing hours settle into the comfy lounges, chill back to the live acoustic music and order online from the tapas-style bar menu. On Sunday, the Lover’s Lounge extends by an hour to take in the most romantic harbour sunset of the year. Prices start from $39 per person.

“We want to put a halt to Covid-loneliness this Valentine’s weekend,” said Anthony Haworth, General Manager of Captain Cook Cruises. “Between isolation, lockdowns and borders closures, all Australians have felt the pain of separation. Which is why we want to make this Valentine’s weekend a more inclusive celebration about love, not just romance.” continued Haworth.

All Valentine’s cruises depart from Darling Harbour, King St Wharf 1, with additional pick-ups from Circular Quay Wharf 6 for selected cruises.
