Hilton Sydney is delighted to share that Luke Mangan of glass Brasserie has been awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM). This distinguished accolade has been approved by the Governor-General in his capacity as Chancellor of the Order of Australia.
The prestigious award was announced on the 26th January 2019 and Hilton Sydney are extremely proud that their longstanding partner has been recognised for his services to the Hospitality industry and his contributions to charity.
Commenting on the award Luke says: “I am extremely humbled and proud to have been honoured by this award. It is a distinguishing moment in my career to have my work in the hospitality industry and contributions to charity over the last 30 years recognised by my country. I look forward to the next 30 years and what it brings to my career and the establishments I have created such as glass Brasserie, Luke’s Kitchen and Bridge Bar”.
