The couples of Australia’s most popular reality show, Married at First Sight, enjoyed an extended stay at Sydney’s most Insta-worthy hotel, SKYE Suites on Kent Street, while they filmed Season 7 as part of a partnership agreement with the show.

The couples enjoyed a luxurious temporary new home at the plush boutique apartment hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel and the rooms they stayed in will feature in the program as viewers follow the couples’ journeys throughout the experiment.

Crown Group Chief Operating Officer Pierre Abrahamse said this cemented the hotel as being one of the most sought-after luxury escapes in the city.

“SKYE Suites Sydney really made its mark on Sydney when it opened in October 2018, given its dramatic design with its Heritage-look brick façade that contrasts with 59 striking white arches, designed by internationally acclaimed Koichi Takada Architects,” he said.

“With its plush interiors and ice cave themed pool and jacuzzi area, it was soon attracting guests, photographers and Instagrammers from all over the world for its photo-worthy backdrops and unbeatable location.”

Within months of opening, the boutique hotel hosted the Grazia x ICON magazine launch and later, a Grazia fashion shoot in the famous ice-caved themed lobby and pool area. The hotel has also been snapped recently by the likes of influencers Alona Kalinina and Brock Ashby, celebrity fitness trainer Jono Castano and his wife Amy, TV presenter Nikki Phillips and international model Cartia Mallan.

Its sister hotel, SKYE Suites Parramatta, is Parramatta’s top-rated hotel on TripAdvisor, having opened in 2017. It also offers a glamorous pool area as well as access to western Sydney’s most fashionable cocktail and Champage bar, Nick & Nora’s, by the Speakeasy Group (famous for Eau de Vie bars in Sydney and Melbourne). The bar has sweeping views to the city and the horizon from its enviable rooftop position.

Fashionistas and photographers are already anticipating the opening of SKYE Suites Green Square this year, which already has one of Sydney’s most Insta-worthy open-air pools on a podium level that boasts views all the way to the city.

A recent photo shoot with Alona shows the building off in its best form. The Infinity by Crown Group building has a unique looped shape designed by Koichi Takada Architects and has already caught the attention of the world, winning several awards, and being named one of the world’s best projects at the 2017 Australia Property Congress.

SKYE Suites hotels are all known for having stunning interior design and extraordinary pool areas. Those who book will be able to really wow their social media followers from beautiful architectural spaces and interiors.

Guests who book via www.skyehotels.com.au will receive complimentary mini-bar during their stay.
