The Glasshouse has gone one step further, offering the luxurious Glasshouse Rooftop Picnic to guests in partnership with their pop-up Sipsmith Rooftop Bar.  Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to the Rooftop Garden and presented with a classic Scottish tartan rug and picnic basket. Guests can fill up on fresh Scottish produce, both savoury and sweet, including gourmet baguettes, traditional Scotch Egg, and indulgent Blueberry Cheesecake, all topped off with specially crafted cocktails in the sunshine.

The Glasshouse boasts an extensive collection of single malt Scotch whiskies, perfectly paired with a range of cigars. On a balmy evening, guests can relax under the pergola and enjoy an exclusive dram of whisky and cigar while looking out for constellations and shooting stars. On cooler evenings, the cosy Snug, complete with its open fire and warm furnishings, welcomes guests with its contemporary take on traditional Scottish hospitality.
