Inspired by Malaysia’s multi heritage and rich melting pot of cultures, Executive Sous Chef Saiful Baharin and his culinary team at Cinnamon Coffee House aims to delight palates with an impressive selection of traditional and local favourites in a myriad of flavours this August, in anticipation of the forthcoming National Day.

Local delicacies from all of the country’s states have been made available in Cinnamon Coffee House, in conjunction with National Day.

Themed Malaysian Flavours, the spread of more than 100 dishes will bring guests down memory lane reminiscing the day Malaysia gained independence with their childhood favourites. Pick from a selection of appetisers, salads, soups, main dishes, desserts and fruits as there will be three menus on rotation.

Indulge in tasty Malaysian favourites such as Soto Ayam, Tanjung Udang Galah Masak Mentega Dan Telur, Mutton Curry with Potatoes, Wok Fried Tiger Prawn with Superior Soy Sauce, Daging Kicap with Madu, Sambal Sotong, Braised Bean Curd “Ma Po” Style and Chilli Crab with Sweet and Spicy Sauce with Egg Drop to name a few.

Also, on the buffet are Mee Rebus, Curry Laksa, Claypot Chicken Rice, Char Kway Teow, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Omelette with Oyster and Murtabak Sardine.

Local sweets such as Apam Gula Hangus, Batik Cake, Kesari, Milo Steamed Cake, Pandan Chiffon, Homemade Coconut Ice – Cream, Ais Kacang, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Pengat Pisang and Cendol can be found at the dessert section.

The Malaysian Flavours promotion is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, priced at RM128.00 nett per adult and RM69.00 nett per child aged 6 – 12 years.
