Mandarin Orchard Singapore was named “Best City Hotel–Singapore” at the 30th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2019, marking the seventh consecutive year the iconic hotel has achieved the coveted distinction.
Since its founding in 1989, the TTG Travel Awards continues to recognise the best of Asia-Pacific’s travel industry—paying tribute to outstanding organisations and individuals in four categories: Travel Supplier, Travel Agency, Outstanding Achievement, and Travel Hall of Fame. The TTG Travel Awards is organised by TTG Asia, with the support of TTG China, TTG India, TTGmice, TTG-BTmice China, TTGassociations, and TTG Asia Luxury.
The Travel Supplier Awards are given to organisations who receive the most votes from TTG readers based on a listed set of criteria. In the Best Hotel category, the criteria include best services and facilities, best range of value-added benefits, and most professional sales and marketing team in terms of innovative ideas and servicing.
