Marriott Bonvoy Debuts its Hot Shoppe Pop-up at Sydney Night Noodle Markets

Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s travel loyalty program, is drawing on its rich culinary past and reviving the company’s Hot Shoppe A&W Root Beer Stand for this year’s Night Noodle Markets.

A newcomer to the Good Food Month event series, the 1920s diner inspired pop-up will offer guests a fun and vibrant setting from which to enjoy a range of non-alcoholic Hot Shoppe classics, including Root Beer Floats, Shirley Temples and Pink Spiders. Beers and wines will also be available.

The Marriott Bonvoy Hot Shoppe is a nostalgic nod to the global hospitality leader’s origins as a nine-seat A&W root beer stand, which first opened in Washington D.C. in 1927. Since then, Marriott International has grown to 7,000 properties under 30 brands.

The Marriott Bonvoy Hot Shoppe will take residence at Sydney Night Noodle Markets in Hyde Park between 11-18 October 2019. The pop-up is part a wider partnership between Marriott International, Nine Entertainment and Good Food. The new collaboration will deliver a calendar of events and activations that celebrate Marriott’s extensive portfolio of restaurants and bars, and the group’s reputation and passion for great culinary experiences and world-class talent.

Monday and Tuesday 5pm-10pm
Wednesday and Thursday 5pm – 11pm
Friday 4pm – 11pm
Saturday 12pm – 11pm
Sunday 12pm – 10pm
