The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa is taking guests around the world to welcome the new decade.

The “Around the World” New Year’s Eve extravaganza is set for Tuesday, December 31 at 8 p.m. at the First Lady of Waikiki. The festivities get started with a variety of multi-cultural performances, culminating in a spectacular fireworks show off Waikīkī Beach at midnight and into 2020.

The Moana’s Banyan Courtyard serves as centerstage for the exciting night with music by DJ Baby G all night, cultural performances every hour such as lion dances, Polynesian dances, taiko drummers, as well as costumed characters in cultural outfits. Young guests will delight in activities such as face painting, balloon animal and caricature artists. There’ll also be photo booths for families to remember the occasion. At the Beach Bar near the center of the action, a limited food menu and full bar menu will be available for purchase.

Revelers are invited to add some panache to the festivities with a VIP table and/or cabana, which provide the ultimate New Year’s Eve experience with your own reserved area, lavish décor and cabanas offering the best direct view of the fireworks spectacular. All packages include a bottle of premium champagne, while the cabana packages also include bottle service, valet parking, and a Chef-prepared multi-course meal of international flavors served at the cabana. General Admission tickets include entry to the party, all entertainment and activities, plus party favors. General Admission tickets can be bought for just $100 per adult and $50 for children ages 5 to 12 before December 15. On December 15, the price goes to $125 for adults and $75 for kids between the ages of 5 and 12. Infants 4 years and younger may enter the party with a paying adult.
