To extend The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary service to the guests’ own homes, a Tosca di Angelo maitre d’ will also be of service during the Experience.

2. Stellar Takeaway Menu by Tin Lung Heen and Tosca di Angelo
Enjoy a stellar dining experience in the comfort of your own home or office with the new takeaway menus from our Michelin-starred establishments Tin Lung Heen (2-star) and Tosca di Angelo (1-star). Signature items from Tin Lung Heen include “Double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw in baby coconut”, “Baked Middle East Yoshihama abalone puff”, “Braised pork belly with supreme sauce”, and “Chilled mango cream with sago and pomelo”. Angelo Aglianó, Director of Tosca di Angelo, has specially curated an array of takeaway dishes. Highlights include “Mezzi paccheri pasta with Sicilian red shrimps and basil pesto sauce”, “Roasted Aveyron lamb with basil piperade, mashed potatoes and black pepper sauce” and “Traditional tiramisù”.

3. “The Perfect Roast” Delivery Menu
Craving a Sunday roast with your family? The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has got you covered with “The Perfect Roast” delivery menu. The tasty menu – perfect for four people – includes Lobster bisque or Wild mushroom soup, a generous portion of side dishes and bread rolls, a delicious whole cake, and a choice of one main course: Oven-roasted French chicken, Herb crusted organic salmon trout, Classic honey glazed Gammon ham, Roasted US prime rib-eye, or Roasted Rack of Lamb. The set is available daily for pick-up at our hotel, or delivery at a supplement.

4. The Ritz-Carlton Picnic
In need of some fresh air and a day out in the sun? Our talented chefs have carefully prepared a gourmet picnic basket, filled to the brim with dainty rolls and sandwiches, charcuterie selection, refreshing salads, delightful pastries, house-made juices and more, so the luxurious Ritz-Carlton experience can be extended to Hong Kong’s urban green spaces. The Classic Picnic basket is priced at HK$788 for two persons, or HK$1,488 for four persons. Elegant upgrades for champagne and caviar are also available.
We provide complimentary delivery, set up and pick up service at West Kowloon Nursery Park. Additional charge applies for other locations. To enjoy a family or couple’s picnic unlike any other, guests may opt for the dedicated butler service at a supplement for an even more luxurious experience.
