SalesTrip, travel booking and expense system on Salesforce that combines business travel, expense and operational data to demonstrate the impact of travel spend on company revenues, has expanded its US and UK presence with the announcement of customer wins and new hires.

The UK-HQd start up, which has just been recognised as a ‘High Performer in the G2.com Fall Reports on Travel Management and Expense Management, is seeing growing demand from companies for a single platform to book, manage and expense their employees’ business travel.

Their growth, including customer wins with Sapient i7, Atlantic Technologies and Marzano Research, demonstrates a scaling transatlantic demand for instant travel and expense insight into spend versus ROI, something only possible through managing travel requests and capturing spend against tangible business outcomes in your CRM.

The company has also doubled its headcount since launch in February, with hires including Sage People’s Will Davidson, as VP of Sales. The company is building out its US team in the Seattle office, led by Eoin Landers, VP of Product, and is currently recruiting for sales and customer success professionals across both markets.

“Finance executives have long sought this consolidated view of travel, expense and customer revenue,” said Manoj Ganapathy, CEO and Founder of SalesTrip. “On average, 10% of a company’s annual spend is on employee travel expenses but most aren’t able to understand the impact this has on their company’s bottom line. SalesTrip brings this data together from day-to-day travel and expense management in a single platform, built on Salesforce. Being part of this billion dollar ecosystem brings many benefits to our customers, and we’re proud to offer the only travel and expense management system on their world leading, cloud enterprise platform.”

In addition to the G2.com recognition, SalesTrip has been highly commended for its product showcase at Salesforce’s London World Tour back in May. Having been invited to demonstrate its product alongside four other solutions hosted on AppExchange, Salesforce’s app store with thousands of technology business solutions, SalesTrip was awarded best product by the live audience.

“Such recognition only further serves to demonstrate how SalesTrip is helping our customers to improve business travel for their employees, whilst serving as an enabler for business growth,” adds Ganapathy.

SalesTrip is present and has keynotes at the following industry events: Manoj Ganapathy, CEO & Founder, giving the keynote at ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives) this week; several industry presentations at Salesforce’s Dreamforce event in November; and presence at Salesforce World Tour in New York later this year.
