Green Pearls® is pleased to welcome a new member: the family-run La Subida, which is located in Cormòns on the border of Italy and Slovenia.
The La Subida is managed by the Sirk family, who wanted to create an oasis that connects tradition, close to nature luxury and modern architecture where guests from all over the world relax while enjoying Friulian wine and food.
Guests can choose between the renowned “Trattoria al Cacciatore” – which has been awarded with one Michelin star – and the charming Osteria. In both restaurants, an exciting twist between traditional Italian, Slovenian and Friulian courts, made of ingredients from the region, is served.
Rewinding amidst nature
The property is located in a mixed forest and was established with love to the detail according to the model of a small farmer’s estate. The first houses „della Nonna” were built in the 80s – white-painted walls and the warm terra cotta grounds or wooden floors characterize the charm of La Subida Relais. On the hills, the newer Case del Bosco are situated with direct treetops-views and the possibility to spend a night in a four-poster bed in the hay or to enjoy a comfortable bath in the midst of high grass.
The pool invites you to go swimming in the morning, and the surrounding nature and the vineyards around La Subida are perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Whether families or couples, peace seekers or outdoor fans – everyone feels at home here.
