Green Pearls® welcomes the eco-resort Wild Mahseer as its brand-new member in the north-eastern part of India. Spread all over the 22-acres big property of the Eastern Himalaya Botanic Ark, the 145-year-old bungalows dating back to colonial age were restored for the guests with a passion for detail. The natural park is home to a varied flora and fauna with more than 75 birds and over 72 butterfly species as well as over 100,000 local plants.

Wild Mahseer was founded by the Balipara Foundation promoting and supporting sustainable tourism in the famous tea region Assam since 2007. Main focus is the preservation of traditions within the region, as well as environmental protection and the support of the surrounding municipalities. Wild Mahseer cooperates with the local communities Mishing, Garo and Nyishi to offer Homestays for guests.
