Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific is pleased to announce the appointment of Corinne Adams to the position of General Manager at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Flynns Beach at Port Macquarie.
Ms Adams will oversee daily operations at the 60-room resort, which is currently undergoing an expansion that includes an additional 53 rooms, new café, gym, games area, kids’ pool, common area pavilions and car parking.
She previously presided over Ibis Styles Port Macquarie (formerly known as the Best Western Plus HW Boutique Hotel) and has held other senior leadership positions in hotels across Australia and New Zealand across the past decade.
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Vice President of Hotel and Resort Operations – South Pacific, Warren Cullum, said Ms Adams has a broad range of skills that will make her an asset to the team.
“Corrine has extensive experience building high-performing customer-oriented teams, responding to customer feedback and meeting her cost and revenue targets across her areas of responsibility,” Mr Cullum said. “We are looking forward to seeing Corinne further improve operations and the experience of guests at Ramada Flynns Beach, particularly once the expansion is complete.”
Ms Adams has worked in hospitality her entire career, starting as a cadet and working across food and beverage, front office, accounts, conferencing and housekeeping in several roles. “Her career progression is an excellent example of the opportunities for promotion and recognition that the hospitality industry offers talented professionals,” Mr Cullum added.
