The FCM Travel Solutions’ Melbourne team has welcomed Ryan Mitchell, their new state leader to the role of Regional General Manager for Victoria.http://www.itb-asia.com/press/media-services/accreditation/

The position will oversee FCM’s operational teams in Victoria and has a particular focus on service delivery and development. Ryan will also be working closely with FCM’s Victorian account management and sales teams.

Ryan takes on the role after six years working in business development and leadership roles with Corporate Traveller, Flight Centre Travel Group’s SME business travel provider. He is based in FCM’s St Kilda Road office in Melbourne.

Melissa Elf, FCM General Manager Australia said, “Ryan was a standout choice for this role having progressed rapidly through Flight Centre Travel Group’s leadership program.

“Ryan has excellent leadership capabilities. Approachable, personable and a great team motivator, Ryan’s passion for the business and ability to get the best out of people for the benefit of clients, will be a positive influence for our southern teams.

“Professionally Ryan is a good all-rounder. He has a strong track record of business growth in Queensland and he managed a highly successful team. He was also a top performing business development manager, taking out Corporate Traveller’s Top Salesperson of the Year for 2017,” Melissa said.

Ryan said he was “looking forward to building on FCM’s operational services in Victoria and would be looking at aspects such as customer satisfaction, staff training and customer focused strategies that would enhance the day to day services offered by FCM in Victoria”.
