New York State Division of Tourism’s Australia outpost continues to engage the region’s trade market, making a final call for entries for its incentive program in partnership with Excite and Hawaiian Airlines.

Highlighting the diversity of the ‘Wine, Water and Wonders’ on offer in the destination, a top-selling Excite agent will win the opportunity to experience the Finger Lakes, Niagara Falls and New York City firsthand, including return flights with Hawaiian Airlines. The incentive was launched with a farm-to-table degustation at Sydney’s Bowery Lane in late May. Entries are now open until Thursday 28 June, 2018.

The incentive follows a successful famil to the destination last month. Hosted by New York State Division of Tourism in partnership with Delta Airlines, a group of eight Travel Managers agents flew State-side for seven-days of ‘Wine, Water and Wonders’. Based on a new self-drive itinerary, the agents experienced – amongst other things –  wine in the Finger Lakes region, the stunning national park and Maid of the Mist offering at Niagara Falls and the wonder that is ‘Kinky Boots’ on Broadway in New York City.

New York State Division of Tourism Australia Sales & Marketing representative, Ben Urquhart, says: “New York State is home to such a diverse offering of activities, foodie delights, adventure spots and more. It’s fantastic to bring this to life for agents through the famil and incentive. We look forward to continuing momentum in Australia, offering agents further opportunities to experience the destination firsthand and new products to inspire travel, to see even more Aussies extending their New York trip out into New York State.”
