Thus, this season, at COAST Beach Club & Bistro we are introducing a renewed Á la carte Menuintroducing a mix of dishes prepared with only the best and freshest ingredients for every palate to be delighted.

Every day for lunch and dinner, Coast Beach Club & Bistro invites you to come and try the new and authentic recipes of renowned Chef Tharathon “Phu” Chindaphu, always finding the perfect balance in between textures, flavours and freshness, that creates the perfect pleasure for each one of your senses. Day by day, he pushes on creativity to always provide with authentic recipes that each of our clients will enjoy. Providing only the finest ingredients, the new menu includes options for every type of preference, the seafood lovers, the carnivores and of course the vegetarians as well.

Some of the must try highlights from the new menu include Rice-flour spiral pasta with roasted pumpkin, a creative vegetarian dish that boasts a perfect contrast of tastes and textures from fusilli mixed with golden roasted pumpkin cube, crunchy texture form roasted pine nuts, tasty sun dried tomato and roughly chopped aromatic basil leaves, mix through scented olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper.

Also, everyone should taste the delicious Char-grilled Japanese melon Salad a bowl of salad that has a lot to offer with an amazing range of tastes and textures. Simple yet full of flavours from tart to sweet, from crunchy to melting, the dish is well-enhanced with sweet and juicy Japanese melon, fresh Greek yoghurt that gives the perfect blend to this light dish, well baked almond flakes, pistachio and pomegranate to give more delectable crunchy texture seasoned with fragrant extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
