Oakwood®, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree”), today announced the official opening of Oakwood Apartments Sanya, its eighth property in China. Located within the thriving Tianya district, it will be the Chinese coastal city’s first internationally-branded serviced apartment.
