Oceania Cruises, the world’s leading culinary and destination-focused cruise line, is launching its most comprehensive live webinar series to date for valued travel partners in Australia and New Zealand. Starting in April, the ongoing fortnightly webinars will cover a diverse range of topics, including in-depth destination highlights, converting cancellations to Future Cruise Credits, how to take selling to the next level and become an Oceania Expert, realising the opportunity for Groups business, The Finest Cuisine at Sea® and more.

“Following the success of our recent webinars in January and February, we are thrilled to be launching a fortnightly series of live webinars for our Australian and Kiwi trade partners. Each session will be packed with useful brand insights, practical information and booking tips designed to help attendees become an expert on all things Oceania Cruises,” said Jason Worth, Vice President Australia and New Zealand at Oceania Cruises.

“The webinar series is just one of the many ways we are showing our support to our travel partners during these challenging times, as well as demonstrating to agents how to best showcase what sets Oceania Cruises apart – from our unique style of elegant casual, upper-premium cruising to our intimate and luxurious ships, port-intensive voyages and The Finest Cuisine at Sea®” added Mr Worth.

The first webinar in the series will take place on Thursday 16 April, from 1:00pm to 1:30pm AEDT. Hosted by Martine Nunes, Business Development Manager NSW at Oceania Cruises, this session will explore the recently introduced Travellers Assurance Program, including details about Oceania’s No-Penalty Cancellations, Future Cruise Credit (FCC) and Best Price Guarantee. Martine will share tips and ideas for converting all cancellations into a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) and bookings, and highlight an array of inspiring 2021 and 2022 itineraries, designed to get clients dreaming of their next voyage.

“We look forward to having our valued trade partners join us throughout the series and encourage them to submit any questions ahead of each webinar to ensure they are answered during the presentation,” said Mr Worth.
