Oceania Cruises, the world’s leading culinary and destination-focused cruise line, has launched a new online ecosystem, Oceania Trade Connect. Delivering a one-stop-shop for trade partners, the online resource integrates the cruise line’s comprehensive portfolio of trade support initiatives with all the tools, insights and information needed to learn about, promote and sell Oceania Cruises successfully – and be rewarded for it.

“During the past few months we have been working hard to provide our valued trade partners with the tools they need to become Oceania experts and connect with our ever growing Oceania community,” explained Jason Worth, Vice President Australia and New Zealand for Oceania Cruises.

“Oceania Trade Connect brings all these resources together in one integrated and easily accessible ecosystem, providing partners with everything they need to help clients start planning their next voyage with Oceania Cruises. We encourage travel agents across Australia and New Zealand to tap into these resources and lean into this community to earn, learn and connect.”

Oceania Trade Connect can be accessed via a unique landing page, which houses all of the ecosystem resources in one convenient location, allowing travel partners to conveniently bookmark the landing page.

Overview of resources:

Oceania Trade Rewards: Designed to give back to its loyal trade community, this platform rewards retail travel partners in Australia for making bookings with Oceania Cruises. The online platform allows eligible partners to accumulate points from verified claims and redeem them for Amazon and Coles gift vouchers.

Oceania Online Training Platform: This CLIA-accredited comprehensive digital training program has been designed to elevate users to ‘Oceania expert’ status. The program comprises six concise and engaging learning modules, including Oceania Cruises’ brand pillars, The Finest Cuisine at Sea®, Oceania Cruises’ small, luxurious ship offering and commitment to innovation with OceaniaNEXT initiatives. This is backed by a deep dive into shore excursions, destination-rich itineraries, accommodations, and tips for selling Oceania Cruises.

Eligible travel agents in Australia and New Zealand will also be rewarded for signing up to the Online Training Platform with $20 in Rewards points, as well as 10 CLIA accredited points for completing the course.

Oceania Cruises Webinar Series: These 30-minute educational sessions serve to broaden product knowledge and help partners sell Oceania Cruises with confidence. The popular ongoing series – hosted by various members of the Oceania Cruises team – covers a diverse range of topics, including converting cancellations to Future Cruise Credits, The Finest Cuisine at Sea®, Growing Group Business and more.

The Oceania Cruises Marketing Portal: A site that helps to streamline partners’ marketing efforts and makes promoting Oceania Cruises effortless. The portal offers an extensive array of Oceania Cruises-branded assets and marketing materials, which can also be personalised with a partner’s company logo and contact details.

Trade Insider Facebook Group: Launched exclusively for travel partners in Australia and New Zealand, this interactive space allows members to stay informed and to engage with the Oceania Cruises community. Moderated by Oceania Cruises’ dedicated trade support team, members can pose questions, participate in competitions, and gain valuable access to the cruise line’s latest news, marketing materials, promotions and training opportunities.

Trade Survey: Last month, Oceania Cruises sent a short survey to advisors across the Tasman, seeking feedback on the cruise line’s latest trade initiatives, as well as how Oceania Cruises can best support them to drive sales.

All tools and resources available on Oceania Trade Connect are supported with promotional offers and incentives, including Oceania Cruises’ Best Price Guarantee, OLife Choice and Past Guest Specials.
