Prost! 

Whilst spring has sprung in Australia, Germany is settling into all the comforts of Autumn. Colours of cities, towns and villages are changing and fantastic festive periods are in full swing, including of course the annual beer festival Oktoberfest. Culinary Delight: Germany & Australia
The Goethe-Institut and German National Tourist Office will present a truly unique German and Australian food showcase in November when acclaimed Australian chef Darren Taylor teams up with Hamburg chef Helge Hagemann for the exclusive ‘Culinary Delight: Germany & Australia’ event held at Goethe-Institut, Sydney.

Hagemann is known in his homeland for giving traditional German dishes a contemporary makeover.
