Ollie, a Singapore-based essential oils brand, has announced the launch of a new range of essential oils-based products for the Singapore market.

A couple of months ago, Ollie had successfully launched hand sanitisers in Singapore. The hand sanitiser is made with pure essential oils (tea tree, sweet orange and peppermint), aloe vera and alcohol; proving to be the perfect partner for people on the go who want to keep their hands clean, when soap and water isn’t easily available. The final formulation contains alcohol at 69% to ensure the product meets CDC requirements.

Part of the new range of offerings, Ollie’s mosquito repellent spray is powered by a blend of ten aromatic essential oils – citronella, lemon eucalyptus, cedarwood, peppermint, spearmint, lemongrass, lavender, tea tree, rosemary, and sweet orange essential oils along with ethyl alcohol and distilled water. This helps to ensure protection against insects, both indoors and outdoors. Safe for use for both children and adults, the 100 percent natural product is very effective and smells great.

Ollie’s yoga mat sanitiser is an alcohol-based spray that has been specially formulated to disinfect one’s yoga mat and keep it smelling fresh. Packed with fragrant essential oils including lemongrass and lavender, this sanitiser is extremely useful and convenient to use – just spray liberally on the yoga mat after use, and wipe down with a clean cloth. It also doubles up as a fabric sanitiser, and is perfect to spritz on one’s couch, cushions or linen for a quick cleanse.

With a green supply chain, and staying true to the company’s farm-to-customer business philosophy, the company currently also has a wide range of essential oil flavours including Ceylon Cinnamon Bark, Australian Tea Tree, Nilgiri Eucalyptus, Himalayan Cedarwood, Kochi Lemongrass, Himalayan Lavender, Mysore Sandalwood, apart from Lemon, Lemon Eucalyptus, and Peppermint oils.

“We are facing an unprecedented global health crisis. However, in these uncertain times, we are also witnessing a positive shift in people’s mindsets towards natural products, which is encouraging. Our hand sanitisers were flying off our virtual shelves, on both our website and on Lazada, when there was a recent period of perceived lack of supply of hand sanitisers in Singapore. Our team was working extra hard to ensure we were able to meet this exponential demand”, said Rithika Gupta, Founder, Ollie, on the surge in demand for Ollie’s hand sanitiser product.

“During this period, we also saw demand for new natural end products made from essential oils that help our customers better harness the power of these natural botanical extracts for everyday use.  The new range of products – the mosquito repellent and yoga mat sprays – are next in line because of our belief in enabling a more safer and healthier environment for people in Singapore”, she added.

Ollie, the latest Singapore brand of essential oils and oil-based natural products is a 100 per cent woman-owned business, committed to sourcing raw materials sustainably and directly from source.
