On The Go Tours had much to celebrate at their annual Global High Achievers and Leaders Conference in Mexico in early December. The Global High Achievers Conference is an initiative to acknowledge all of the OTG team who have achieved their KPIs for the year. Travelling from New Zealand, Canada, UK, US, Australia and South Africa, the group spent time enjoying day trips to Chichen Itza, the Mayan ruins of Tulum, gorgeous local beaches, and coming together to workshop ideas for the approaching year. On The Go Tours are thrilled to announce their 2018/19 financial year results were up 17 percent on the previous year, with strong growth in Egypt, Turkey and Morocco. “We’re very proud of the hard work and passion of the team, who helped produce excellent results for 2018/19,” says Natalie James, General Manager Australia/New Zealand from On The Go Tours. “and the conference was a great opportunity for our global team to come together, workshop for the year ahead, and beyond, and of course celebrate our achievements from 2018/19.’
The Global High Achievers Conference was preceded by a Leaders Conference joined by On The Go Tours’ senior management team. Here they discussed their 5-year product plan, new systems infrastructure and development for their newly opened Toronto office.
They finished the week celebrating with an ‘M’ themed party on the beach; pictured are some of the team in their diverse costumes!
