Ovolo Hotels Comes to the Rescue With Quarantine Concierge

With COVID-19 at full speed, Ovolo Hotels has swooped in to save the day with a 14-night Quarantine Concierge Service. Fit for a rock star, this one of a kind and constantly evolving package is designed to welcome Hong Kong residents returning home in the most supportive way possible.

Available at both Ovolo Southside and Ovolo Central, the Quarantine Concierge Service is focused on health, wellbeing and, of course, lots of fun –  with the two-week stay including everything from a dedicated Quarantine Concierge, gym gear, plants brought to your room for added greenery, complimentary breakfast, snacks, HK$1,000 in F&B credits, unlimited entertainment, wellness kits and more.

We all know that time flies when you’re having fun, and Ovolo is committed to making quarantine stays as effortless and entertaining as possible. Guests will enjoy unlimited premium Wi-Fi, Apple TV and Alexa to fulfill those binge-watching needs. And in the morning? They can kick off a bright new day with a barista-made coffee on the house.

Throughout the stay, Ovolo’s on-call Quarantine Concierge will be available to help. They’ll happily run errands and pick up goodies during the Daily Essentials Run, deliver food, recommend a new flick… they’re equipped to bring every quarantine dream to life.

And to keep off that quarantine 15, each room has been kitted out with fitness gear that includes a yoga mat, gliders and resistance bands. Those needing some extra motivation can join the daily step challenge: anyone who takes over 10,000 steps in their room will enjoy a cold-pressed juice on the house!

During a pandemic, mental health is just as important as physical health. The team at Ovolo takes mental health seriously, which is why they’re offering every guest a specially curated Mindfulness Kit. Inside the swag, guests will find adult colouring books, brain teasers and playing cards along with a leafy green plant to keep that ever-important connection to nature.

Of course, no one can be blamed for indulging. Quarantiners will also enjoy a complimentary daily nutritious breakfast delivered right to the door plus HKD$1,000 in F&B credits – perfect for Ovolo’s famous Aloo Gobi from Veda in bed, late-night munchies, or the Barrel Aged Negroni (2nd best in HK) for the perfect nightcap.

And that’s just the start of it! Foodies can chow down on snacks in the minibar and Ovolo’s signature Loot bag, which is chock full of goodies to sip and snack on and is replenished daily. As an extra treat, Ovolo will also bring Happy Hour to each room by inviting quarantiners to relax and unwind with complimentary tipples in the comfort of their rooms throughout the stay.

In need of something more specific? The concierge team can also help grab any essentials, such as a SIM card for a seamless transition back into life in Hong Kong or any special food or shopping cravings. Unfortunately, when quarantine inevitably comes to an end, Ovolo will have a grand finale prepared. Ovolo will deliver a bottle of Cava to the room, for a celebratory way to bid ‘salud’ to 14 days in paradise.
