Spread the love

More than ever before, now is the time to plan for the holiday of holidays – an isolated paradise, swathed in barefoot luxury not to mention the company of just family and/or good friends.

This is a dream now possible at Kudadoo Maldives Private Island where all private dining, access to an expansive wine cellar including 7 different champagnes, spa treatments and private water experiences are fully included in the price per night.

To ensure a truly private, minimal contact experience, from November, domestic flights and private jets will be able to land at the new local North Male atoll airport for an onward 45-minute journey on board Kudadoo’s private yacht, Bella.  A guest App has also been introduced for a touchless check in as well as to enable guests to book private chefs, water adventures and spa treatments.

With 15 over-water residences – each with its own butler – Kudadoo sleeps up to 34 people (2 suites boast 2 bedrooms, the others have 1) and is the only 5* Maldivian island to offer fully inclusive luxury – anything, anytime, anywhere.

Kudadoo can also be reserved for Christmas and New Year breaks, a destination wedding, a family or friends’ get-together or any other special occasion.

A naturally socially distanced resort with an open and expansive central hub, The Retreat that defines the isolation of the private island experience at Kudadoo.  The light and airy ‘Japanese’ design of the Overwater Residences – also some of the largest in the Maldives – guarantees total privacy even if you don’t wish to hire the entire island, and each features a 44 square metre private infinity plunge pool with unobstructed ocean views.

Kudadoo Maldives Private Island has instituted sweeping safety, hygiene and social-distancing protocols in keeping with or surpassing those required by the Maldivian Health Protection Agency (HPA) and the Maldivian government. All staff are PCR tested and quarantined before arriving on the island and regularly tested. If guests require a PCR test before departure, this can also be arranged.

Buy out rates for Kudadoo start at $50,000/£38,000/€42,500 per night with Christmas and New Year rates starting at $85,000/£65,000/€71,000 per night. Although the Maldives does not quarantine international visitors on arrival, guests are urged to view their government website regarding travel restrictions on their return.
