The hotel team is excited to be once again open for business; General Manager Rob Weeden commented, “From late March we have been supporting our West Australian community and I am incredibly proud of the efforts that everyone at the hotel has put in over the last 8 weeks ensuring that all our guests have been made to feel as welcome as possible regardless of their situation.

It has been an extremely challenging time for everyone and we are looking forward to our days going back to looking a little more normal.”

The last of the quarantine guests have now departed having completed their 14 day isolation.  The Pan Pacific Perth housekeeping team have been working tirelessly to thoroughly deep clean all guest rooms ready for local and regional visitors to enjoy now that the intra-state borders have been lifted.  “Our colleagues and guests health and safety is our genuine priority and we have introduced a series of new cleaning protocols for guest rooms and public areas.  We have also installed two thermal cameras at both entries in the hotel lobby.  Training has also ramped up with al staff completing the AHAWA hygiene programme for food service and the very strict protocols associated with HACCP certification reinforced.

The hotel fully appreciates the community is keen to get out and about to again enjoy dining at restaurants and staying in hotels and are looking forward to welcoming past and new guests back through their doors.
