The Lobby Lounge at NUO Hotel Beijing brings upgraded Panettone, traditional Italian holiday bread, served with selected clotted cream, Sabayon and limoncello, to guests during a limited availability period.

The sweet classic bread is fluffy, have an inviting buttery aroma, and its origins can be traced back to the 13th century. Using soaked dried fruits and naturally leavened dough, the finished product is further oiled, matured and flavoured to leave a lingering aftertaste.

For NUO Hotel Beijing’s Panettone 2.0, it is paired with clotted cream, Sabayon and limoncello. The classic English spread clotted cream gives a rich creamy texture and taste. Sabayon, which is made of egg yolk, sugar and liqueur, offers you a light and flavourful dessert gourmet experience. Alternatively, you can give it a zesty twist and serve it with limoncello, a lemon liqueur made with fresh lemon juice, wine and sugar. The fragrance of lemon permeates into the mellow aroma of the liqueur. This is definitely a real treat for the holiday season!
