PAPI Celebrates Valentine’s Day with a Five-Course Presentation of Italy’s Finest Ingredients

PAPI, Fashion Walk’s favourite pasta and pizza expert, has created a romantic five-course exploration of Italy to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year.

Beginning the meal with cicchetti, small-sized Venetian sharing plates, PAPI sets the mood with delicious range of dishes including Chickpea Hummus with basilico oil and carasau bread, Oysters with tomato and marjoram and carved Speck Ham with walnut and mascarpone crostino.

Antipasto follows — a tender Ribeye “Carne Cruda” with norcia black truffle or Umbrian ‘black gold’ — the most prized ingredient in the world — and shaved Parmigiano.

Next up is a creative pasta dish flavoured with coveted Piedmont hazelnuts, mascarpone and fragrant lemon zest. ‘Nocciola del Piemonte’ are known for their fine and delicate flavour.  The innovative dish showcases an unexpected combination of flavours in every bite.

Secondo arrives in the form of a decadent Lobster with parsnip fricassee – an impressive dish that celebrates the finest ingredients.

Last but not least, PAPI presents a plate of gorgeous heart-shaped Deep-fried Chocolate and Ricotta Tortelli with raspberry dip.

PAPI’s luxurious Valentine’s Dinner is available for HK$988 per person.
