This month, Pier One Sydney Harbour, Sydney’s most experiential hotel, announces an exciting new offering, just in time for the warmer months. The newly renovated heritage hotels’ famous, bustling pier will be the place to visit this summer, with the exciting addition of ‘Summer on the Pier’.
Partnering with Archie Rose Distilling Co., Bar One now offers a curated list of the ultimate summer cocktails. The signature Pier One Sunset Spritz, highlights the Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin, with mandarin, clove and tonic for a light, fresh, yet distinctive seaside flavour. Daily Sunset Hour premium drink specials make Bar One the perfect location for post-work get togethers to catch Pier One’s unbeatable sunset views, or for weekends spent waterside.
To compliment the new array of waterside drinks available to guests, the Bar One Food Truck on the Pier launches a new seafood menu, that will focus on fresh ingredients. The newly re-vitalised casual dining offering includes fresh daily seafood specials straight from the fishmonger, alongside new dishes such as Kingfish Tacos, oysters, and prawns , plus Sydney summer favourites of salads, pizza and antipasto platters. To kick off the new Food Truck seafood offering, when you enjoy a drink, Pier One will be offering $1 Sydney Rock Oysters Monday-Friday for a limited time! Simply purchase a glass of Mumm Champagne and receive $1 Oysters from Merimbula, New South Wales. Plus, during Sunset Hour Mumm Champagne is just $18 a glass (4-7pm Mon-Fri).
Patrons can eat and drink in harbourside booths as they party along to some of Sydney’s best DJs and vocalists on Friday evenings, plus modern jazz inspired live acts on Sunday afternoons – making it the ultimate waterside Sunday session destination!
