Indulge in Pirata’s newly launched All’Italiana Tasting Menus, expertly crafted by Pirata’s Executive Chef Stefano Rossi, representing the flavours of family-style Italian cuisine. Designed for sharing, the four-course tasting menus include a variety of authentic dishes with unique twists: Classic(HKD450 per person), From the Land (HKD490 per person) and From the Sea (HKD580 per person). The new tasting menus are now available from 6:30pm daily.

“We Italians treasure our home recipes, which have been passed down for generations. Family-style dishes are our comfort food that we enjoy with friends and family,” says Pirata Executive Chef Stefano Rossi, “there is something for everyone, whatever you are in the mood for.”

Each of the tasting menus include up to four antipastos, one pasta dish, two secondi and one dessert, ensuring each guest fully satisfied. The Classic Menu features a series of Pirata’s favourites, including signature appetiser Calamari Fritti, as well as Eggplant Parmigiana, served with melted, bubbling Buffalo mozzarella and parmesan.

The From The Land Menu includes Pirata’s succulent meat offerings, such as M.M.M. (My Mamma’s Meatballs), a simple yet hearty dish that echoes the spirit of family-style feasting. A great option for sharing is The Butcher’s Cut, where guests can devour bites of flank steak tagliata.

For those who want to indulge in a feast of seafood delights, the From the Sea Menu offers fresh Octopus Salad to kick-start the meal. Additionally, guests can try the Whole Italian Seabass Mediterranean Style with potatoes for a tasty secondi option.

Fresh pasta made daily makes Pirata’s dishes impossible to resist; highlights served on the menus are the popular Tagliatelle with Black TrufflePappardelle with Sausage & Nduja and Lobster Linguine.

On a sweet note, guests can choose from an array of mouth-watering desserts with gusto, including a traditional TiramisuPanna Cotta and Pirata’s all-time favouriteCrushed Chocolate & Dry Nuts Semifreddo, with Valhrona chocolate chips, complemented by walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, covered in a hot chocolate fondue.

The a la carte menu at Pirata has also been refreshed, exciting new dishes include Stewed Baby Octopus (HKD180) in the small dishes, Risotto Casio e Pepe(HKD180 per person) which is a main designed for two to share, and Polenta Chips (HKD70) served with indulgent gorgonzola sauce is now available as a side dish.
