Reportedly due to when the Australian Government cruise ban and travel restrictions might be lifted, still being uncertain, it appears that Princess Cruises has extended its pause in Australian cruises until 31st May 2021.
It appears that this will include all Princess voyages in Australia and New Zealand, with the company advising travel agents that a future cruise credit of 100% of the value paid for the cruise, plus a non-refundable bonus future cruise credit to 25% of the fare will be provided top affected guests, which can be used on any Princess cruise until 1st May 2022, with this being automatically activated unless agents or clients request a refund, with refund requests to be lodged by 30th November, but the good news is that agent commission is protected.
